Would people rent a house with a BER G rating or does it make much difference?

Prior will rent anything at this stage, if in the right place. Expect it to be used as a bargaining chip if you somehow get very few viewers.

Yes, but I would ignore the BER and firmly own opinion. What type heating ? Are the Windows drafty, is there a good seal around the doors .

    What type appliances are there?
