    Planning a trip to Sligo next May - can anyone recommend a good B & B ?

    Is May a good time to visit?

    Was thinking of using Sligo city as a base and doing day trips in Co.Sligo and Co.Donegal/Co.Leitrim .

    Down Yonder based in Rosses Point have won awards for their B&B. It's meant to be really lovely.
    May is a nice time to come to Sligo. Hopefully you'll get some nice weather.

    Hi

    Most of the hotels in Sligo are as cheap as B & B and probably more central for getting around. Glasshouse in city centre really central and do great value room rate.

    Try trip advisor... some very good reviews on bb in town itself.. check the review section
    ps. Theres enough to see in Sligo for your entire trip!
