    Q1. Details not sent to the Dept. of Social Protection from Irish Water
    Irish Water are continuing to transfer customer’s data to the Dept. of Social Protection. The deadline to apply for the Water Conservation Grant has been extended to Thursday, October 22nd. You can apply for the Water Conservation Grant by calling 1890 100 043 or by visiting www.watergrant.ie

    Q2. Text message?
    Irish Water are issuing reminder text messages to customers who have an outstanding balance on their account. If you are concerned about anything regarding your account, please send us a PM with your query and we will be happy to help.

    Q3. No water grant letter received yet.

    The Water Conservation Grant letters are being administered by the Department of Social Protection. These are continuing to be issued.
    You can contact the Water Grant Support Team on 1890 100 043 and a member of the team may be able to assist you further.

    Q4. Raw Sewage - need information on how to get a problem resolved.
    If you have any water related concerns, it would be best to contact Irish Water. If it is between the hours of 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, we can send this to the relevant Water Department to investigate the matter. If it is outside these hours, we would advise that you contact your local Water Department for more information.

    Q5. I registered with Irish Water but have not received a Letter with the TIN number.
    The data transfer from Irish Water to the Department of Social Protection is ongoing and TIN's are continuing to be issued to those eligible to apply for this year’s Water Conservation Grant.
