    Hi guys

Having the update issue with 'Slide to unlock'

I have tried every single thing recommended that I can find online - backing up/restoring from itunes etc. etc. etc. but nothing works. It's just stuck on an infinite 'Slide to upgrade' loop

    Any comprehensive solution on this?

It's absolutely staggering that this is an issue in 2015 on a brand new iPhone

    Thanks

Have encountered your problem recently and was able to get all working again.

Step 1: Download iOS version 9.0.1 for you device.

Find them here: ipswdownloader (dot com)

Step 2: Turn Off iPhone and attach USB cable

Step 3: Hold down front button and turn on iPhone, should show connect to iTunes on the screen

Step 4: In iTunes, close any message, Do Not Start Restore or Upgrade options, just cancel.
The option for Restore and Upgrade should be visible in iTunes.
    Hold SHIFT and click RESTORE.
Choose the file downloaded in Step 1

Step 5: Let it do its thing, If it doesn't work, Don't panic, Do Step 4 Again.

Eventually the Apple Device will take the iOS and nothing has been deleted from the device.
A Factory reset, as suggested by Apple, will wipe your files and you will find that you'll have to fork out money for file recovery programs. #
Recovery from a Backup also is not as good as it will restore the device to the time of the backup and we all know we don't backup regularly enough.

If it stalls, normally it just reboots constantly just hold power and front button until it reboots, then follow from Step 3 again.

Will have more tips and life saving info, when I come across it.

    That is all...

Are you sure apple is still signing 9.0.1?
