Advice for a noob

I took up vaping last year and never really gave it a proper go so I didn't stick with it. But recently I decided to kick the cigarettes altogether and take vaping seriously.

The problem is I'm a bit confused when it comes to coils etc.
I bought a Cool Fire 4 and a kanger subtank mini. I absolutely love it so far. However, I was using the 0.5 ohm coil which I found a bit difficult to use as I could only really get direct lung vapes (not sure if that's the right terminology).
I switched to using the 1.2 ohm coil and found I could get a better mouth to lung Vape, which I prefer. But I'm not sure what are the best voltage/wattage settings to be using.

Also, I have a USA Mix juice which I really like and I also bought a fruity flavour one. I'd use the USA Mix pretty much all day but if I want to swith to another juice, what's the best way to clean it out so as the flavours don't mix together? Or should I just fork out for another tank?

    Sorry for the noob questions!

I don't think there is a 'best' , it's more down to personal preference I'd be at somewhere between 10 and 15 watts for the 1.2 but I don't like a warm vape , start around 9 or 10 and bring it up to where you like it ...stop before you burn the cotton :)

Fork out for a second tank , your head will thank you for it . Trying to change flavours in the same tank I think is the kind of messing that ends up putting people off .
