I'm just going to track my progress by logging it here. I'm trying to get a good 5k time. Haven't done one yet so I'll see what time I get first and then train to improve it.

Picking a race to enter. I might do one of the parkruns. Don't know how fast I'll do it in but I'm aiming for sub 20.

Nothing on Sunday or Monday. Yesterday I got a good run in. I don't how far or how fast I ran because I don't have a watch or one of those things that counts your steps. I estimate it was about 5 or 6k though and I did it in around 20 - 25 minutes. I need to do a race to see what sort of pace I can really run but things are looking good training wise.
