I have one (was I the guy who passed you?) and I think it's pretty good. Couple of different settings and decent battery life - I tend to charge it during the day off my computer.

Easy to attach and secure mounting so far - go for it.

Nope. Not my neck of the woods any more.

Is the cradle is secure I lost a rear light last week??
Had a standard battery one in hand and the threads on the light part didn't feel all that strong I can only imagine the more crap that gets on it the harder to screw off......
How long have you had it? no doubt it will be in use for the next 6 months but will it charge up next season.
Never spent much on a rear light but it might be time to indulge...

yeah, pretty secure - I bought it in January this year and it's been on the bike ever since. Big strong rubber band strapping it on to the seatpost.

there's no screwing on and off with the rechargeable version - just pull a rubber cover off and stick the usb in - the cover is much more secure than usual compared to a garmin for example - seems pretty difficult for water & crud to get in.

Since January - no noticeable drop after half a winter of use and a summer of rare usage (only a few late night spins home) - I haven't heard of any issues either.
