Would anyone have plans for a traditional spinning wheel? Also any idea on which wood(s) would be the best to use.

funny enough, i was visiting a family friend recently who is one of the last people in the country who learned how to make spinning wheels.
not sure if he sells/makes available the plans for them; but he uses mahogany, ash or beech.
