    Hi Folks,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a company that will match paint and put it into a standard aerosol canister. I've a new Mazda 3 red, colour code is 41V, a few scratches I got need attention, dont want the touch up paint as it doesn't do a large area...

    Thanks

    Rich

Halfords will make it up for you or may have it already on the shelf with that code.

Just a word of warning that any job I have ever seen anyone do themselves with a spray can usually looks complete rubbish if they have no experience of doing it before and will destroy the car.

Halfords colour matching isn't always the best.

have had two different type spray paints done by vinny byrne and hes very good but its pricey... your only problem is the age of the car the older the car the more faded it will be and wont be the same as from when it came from the factory... also micks garage do them http://www.vinnybyrne.com/ .... micks garage also has it at about half the price but have never used it

Neither will an aerosol can. I wouldn't have it near a new car.

I found the color match from http://www.motorcolour.ie/ excellent. With regard to the 2k clear aerosol they sell though, it's just air dry converted 2k. So not petrol resistant ect. It's not any better than 1k clear.
