Have to get rid of a 2005 307 1.4 after it was crashed during the week. It's a write off but there are plenty of good parts on it, would it be better to strip it myself and sell it on done deal and adverts, or do I need to pay to get it removed.

Is the car driving? If so you will probably get a few quid for it from a scrap yard. If you have the time, patience and space to break it yourself then that would probably be the more cost effective way to do it. However you will have to deal with plebs and our ethnic minority friends turning up at your door looking for stuff for nothing.

Yeah didn't think of that, more trouble than its worth, might ring around a few local breakers yards so.
