So Ive recently got married in another country and came home to Ireland with my wife, I signed back on and started receiving my money last tuesday, my question is, do I have to declare my wife and will I lose money doing this, like she is currently unemployed aswell

You have to declare any change in your circumstances, and getting married is one of the things you should advise the social welfare local office of. If your wife is jobseeking too, it shouldn't cause any problem with your claim.

    Congratulations. :)
