    Also no photos of the actual product, just stock images.

    Probably a scam but paypal buyer protection should work if you wanted to risk it.

    Why not just get it cheaper from somewhere like eglobalcentral? They have a pretty good reputation on boards and take care of all customs charges etc. Also accept paypal.
