Incorrect Details on Account

    Me again! 

    Just when I thought we had sorted everything out relating to our bill! 

    I have just logged onto the My Water section and click to view the latest bill for June (which is what we required anyway), and low and behold there is a VAT number on our bill, and it says VAT exempt. 

    Neither me nor my husband have a VAT number. The previous tenants had a VAT number and I assume this has been added to our bill for what reason now? 

    Seriously? You are now adding details from another account to our account? Can this please be removed, and the June bill reissued? I honestly cannot believe I am having to contact you again, in the space of 3 days in relation to this account. 

    And while I am at it, we registered last October with Irish Water, and because Irish Water could not transfer our account from and old property to a new property in June of this year, we have not received any TIN number for the water grant, and when we eventually got through to Dept. of Social Protection today, they said Irish Water have not sent out details across to them and now I have to chase you to do this also??

    Can someone come back ASAP and please help me get all this sorted out?

    Appreciate it if you could have the VAT number belonging to someone else (who I have no idea) from our account as we never provided any VAT numbers during registration.

    We will require the June bill to be reissued also.

    Please provide an update as soon as you have one

    I have responded to your PM, you are not understanding the original query of why someone's VAT number is on our bill and we have not been charged VAT for the bill and this is incorrect as we do not have a VAT number.
    Can you please ask a member of the team to call me tonight to sort this out please?
