    Hi there,

    Trying to register my mother for the grant. Have the letter containing my TIN & WPRN but the only other reference I have is a letter confirming receipt of an application form. I do not have any account number or registration number. I've tried ringing the helpline for over an hour now and no response, can anybody inform me of my account number in another manner?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls but I can confirm that the deadline to apply for the 2015 Water Conservation Grant has been extended to the 22nd of October.

    Due to data protection we can only disclose the Account Number to the account holder. We would advise that the account holder contact us on 1890 448 448 and we will be able to assist them further. However, if you are present at the time of the call you can be added as a named person on the account and we would then be able to discuss this matter with you.
