configuring ulefone for 3g&4g

    Not sure if this is the right place but just got a ulefone betouch2 but cant seem to get the 3g or 4g to work on the phone and was wondering if any one can help with this

    am an 02 customer

    Have you configured the o2 APN in Settings -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point names?

    yep but doesnt seem to hold the setting will come on for a minute or so
