    It is not necessary and all proteins are "complete" proteins with varying amounts of each essential amino acid, if you get enough raw amount of protein you will get enough of each essential amino acid.

    Another endlessly silly notion is comparing protein content of different foods on a weight by weight basis, often to make an indirect point about veg. diet insufficiency, without taking into account that people generally eat smaller portion sizes of the denser protein foods anyway.
