Posted in sky forum, but asking here also,
    Just a quick one,
Noticed a tv ad this evening, sky advertising tv bundle with box set for 25 euro.

The ad clearly say it will be same price for 12 months. The sky website acknowladges that the price goes up on 01-12-15

Is this not an illegal false advertisment

In the US, advertising is not a legally binding contract. Pepsi offered a war aircraft for like 10 million pepsi caps. So guy tried to get the war craft by getting funding to buy 10 million bottles of Pepsi. But the law in the US stated there is no legally binding contract with advertising. I imagine its the same here.

Depends. If the add says/implies if you order NOW You get this package at the price for 12 months, but those who order later get an increase, then no.

Ad gives a price of 25. Says price for 12 months

Website says same price of 25 but notes a price increase on 01-12-15.

Should the telly say this also

AH isn't the forum for this.

If you've no luck in the Sky Forum, maybe try consumer issues?
