I've just plugged in my new Sony Bravia Smart TV and there is an error message. "Sequence Data Load Error! JiglessSequence.csv not found." Waiting for a response from Sony. So far not even an automated response. I did find a Sony site where I could have paid for an answer from an engineer! Anyone know what this error means?

Fairly sure any Sony site would not ask for payment.
Have you any usb stick plugged into the TV?

Nothing plugged in except cable from aerial. The shop spoke to the sales rep who said it sounds as though nothing can be done. They offered me a replacement but as I still have no response from Sony I declined.

Would be inclined to take replacement tbh.
What Sony site were you on?

Just take the replacement. No point waiting to hear back from Sony.

Changed my mind and took the replacement rather than a refund. Had a reply from Sony saying that they were sorry to hear that my TV developed a fault. It was some kind of general reply since I told them that the first time I plugged in the TV all I got was an error message.
The site that I was on comes up as a Google ad if you google Sony Bravia Problem.
