Still waiting on call back from Irish Water

I rang irish water early last week with a query I was given a case reference number (6422476330) and was told I would get a call back before the end of the week, which hasn't taken place. I am now on hold for over 15 mins on the phoneline having been redirected a number of times. Can someone please look into this case…
