What kind of issues can be generally expected from such car? Mileage at 200k km.
    Any costly repairs.
As far as I was told, car has no DPF/FAP. Is that possible? Were there versions without it? How can this be verified 100%?
How much would roughly new clutch and flywheel cost if that went?
How much would roughly cost if turbo went?

Turbo can cost plenty, these are a known issue on the DV6 unit, and if the turbo does blow the costs are in the labour required to strip and clean the rest of the engine as well as the new turbo.
There have been a lot of reported failures on these power plants, however many people are reporting that they are reliable enough if serviced correctly.
Personally I wouldn't buy one but I guess the choice is yours.
I have seen a few that did blow turbos and they had a lot of carbon deposits inside the engine which are unreachable and pretty much uncleanable.
Even if you replace the oil feed pipes and clean the sump/strainer there would still be a chance of the carbon coming loose and causing the same problem again.
Try googling PSA DV6 turbo and make your own mind up.

    Thanks for advice re turbo.

    What about other issues?
Clutch/flywheel - approx cost? How long they normally last?
How to verify 100% if car has DPF or not?

Any other known issues with the car?

What about other issues? Maybe check lower ball joints like the 407's they are a weak point

Parts around €450-500 plus around €300-400 labour...What tends to fail is the release bearing so while the gearbox is out its best replace the flywheel.
Have seen release bearings fail between 90-130k mls depending on driving.
dmfs can last up 170k mls.

How to verify 100% if car has DPF or not?
If you send me the vin/chassis number I can check..:)

Any other known issues with the car?
Hydraulic Sus can have issues but there are plenty out there with standard Sus

    Answered above in Red..:)
