Name this thermostatic radiator valve?

I would like to know exactly what degree each of the number settings on our thermostatic radiator valves are for. This no doubt came with a manual but it was unfortunately not supplied. If you know, please advise of the manufacturer of this model so I can look up the manual online? *Edit: image resized.
