Private Right of Way - Minimum Width

Does anyone know if there is a legal minimum width of a private right of way. Went to see a property recently and the unpaved right of way (through another land owners fields) was in shocking condition/swampy and the owner of the land mentioned that they are going to be narrowing this right of way laneway as well.

There's no fixed minimum with. If it's explicitly a right of way with vehicles then it can't be reduced to a point where you can't conveniently get a vehicle along it. But older rights of way may be rights usable on foot only.
