JVC LCD Child Lock on

    Hello lads.

    Ive got an old JVC lcd(Model:jvc lt-26dy8zj) and no remote for it.

    I want to use it for a spare room but cannot make any adjustments or tune it in because of "child lock on".Tried every combination of the side controls,but can turn on/off the tv only.

    I tried a cheap One4all type remote from the pound shop,but no joy.
    I checked online shops for a replacement remote but they're £35 delivered.Not really worth it for a tv that may not last.

    Any ideas?
