I am on an overloaded exchange. I know this from talking to the engineer and watching my broadband dip every night. Sky have admit that it is contention and that the problem is the exchange.
They want to let me out of the contract but there is little point as the broadband is all provide by Open Eir.
In my case there is a much better solution or redirecting the estates lines to a much closer exchange.
    I have lots of questions

Has anyone had success in putting pressure on them(either sky or open eir) to get the exchange upgraded?
IS anyone good with contract law? The sky contract holds them reponsible for any fault outside of my house as per 15.4 of the sky broadband contract.

    Anyone got any bright ideas?
