Hi All

Myself and the fiancee are looking to buy land and build. We are starting to talk to neighbours about buying some land (pending planning permission). After this is agreed in principle I will go talk to the local planning advisor.

Where would I find out the going price per acre for the land? I have done some looking in property registers and on myhome.ie,daft.ie etc. I haven't come up with much recent sales (past 12m)in the broader area. Where else can I look or does anyone have any advice on this?

The land is in fingal.
