Need help with account number

Hi,
I was on the phone yesterday to the department of social protection trying to solve the problem of having not receieved my grant letter. They told me that if I gave them my account number they would be able to give me a new T.I.N and and extension to apply for the grant. I gave them my account number and w.p.r.n and was told that my account number was not matching any records. I am not an Irish water customer but was told that my registration number would be fine. I gave them my registration number and then they told me to ring Irish water and request a new account number. I have been trying to ring Irish water all day and can not get through to anyone. Was just wondering could anyone from Irish water on here help me out with this rather than waiting on hold on the phone all day.
