D6w sign on day?

I'm looking for the sign on day for residents in D6w. I tried calling the office in Bishop's Square, but there was no answer. My dole receipt says it's today, but I remember being told that the receipt is wrong, and that the sign on day is actually tomorrow? Also, what are the hours for signing on? Let me know. Thanks!
