    Hi,
If a developer has built houses with pyrite and claims he can't fix them because he has no money and then applies to build more houses, is there anything people can do to make him fix the pyrite problems?
    Thanks

thats such an open ended question, and not really a building regulation, legislation or planning question.

its more a consumer legal question
