    Hi guys, anyone know of a double room going for rent? Preferably in a quiet area within say 45 mins walk of the IT. Second year mature student here, currently I'm driving in every day from Cavan and its a killer.

    Seems many landlords don't want students, which is understandable I guess, but I'm the wrong side of 40 now so I doubt I'll be throwing any mad parties, just maybe have the girlfriend over the odd weekend.
