    Hi

Would anyone know how long usually is it possible to get a car (family group likes of zafira or C4 Picasso) from a dealer for a test drive?
Spoke to Citroen recently and he said max 2 hours ??? Then Opel is advertising 3 day test drive, would anyone have any more info on that? How about insurance?
We have comprehensive insurance on both our cars, so i presume if needed that could be in some way transfered ?

    Thanks

The opel one used to be done through one of the hire companies. I'd imagine its still the same. Your hiring a car for 3 days and they pay for it.

Really? That's a bit cheeky and misleading isn't it? I would rather they said it upfront or explained how is it all arranged.
I got the reply from Peugeot and maximum time is 24hrs
I see what others say and try to update it here

I got a Skoda Yeti for the weekend last year from the dealer in sandyford. I just transferred my insurance and left my own motor with them.

I got a Mini for two days late last year. Same as the poster above, left my own car at the garage and just transferred my insurance.

Nope. Loved it but boot to small. Would fit a buggy but nothing else. Looking again now that the little one is more mobile.
