Claas baler trouble

We've a Claas 374 and it has started this craic of bales not coming out of it. Once you open the back door the bale stops spinning and sits there. The only way to get them out is by reversing and giving it a dart with the brakes, not good for the machine nor safe on hilly or soft ground! Turning up or down the pressure makes nearly no difference and the two faces of the bale do be welded up against the sides of the chamber. It's making a lovely, solid bale, the shagging things just wont come out of it  anyone know what's gone wrong?

Drawbar level not set correctly. Bale should fall out of it.

Check the bottom roller under the bale is turning.

Had a welger 220 where the sprocket was secured to the roller via a cone shaped wedge (and nut on the outside), and the sprocket was slipping. Tightening the nut sorted it.

Is there two flat plates bolted to the sides of the door about 150x100x10 mm,had to do same to a john deere baler that was round these parts, bale wouldnt come out till plates wer bolted in place..

Been honest I only ever have seen it when I have been bailing crap stuff like long old dirty grass or heavy crops of hay that is not fully fit. Happen both with a class 255 and a kuhn

Are you packing too much in and it's wedged? The bottom roller is turning by the look of the damage to the bale.

When I pack too much into my Deutz it usually gets carried up in the door and needs a jolt to dislodge.

You can get wedges that bolt into the back door that help to tease the bale out. Are you raking the stuff or is it straight off mower? In either case try narrowing in the row a bit more,

Had this problem with older claas before. there are plates bolted either side of chamber and if these get worn or lost it packs the bale too tight in chamber andf bale wont come out.
