My Neo is near its end so need a phone that is reasonably priced and 5 inches if possible, 4.7 at worst maybe.

Sim free or Three network as well.

Have a look at the range of phones on amazon.co.uk. Woith the Euro on its knees vs Sterling, you could also look at the .de, .fr & .es versions of Amazon as well.

Cobot have a reasonable reputation, but the same could be said about a range of Chinese phones. I'd go with a good Huawei phone, personally.

This looks half decent and as it can be unlocked a viable option.

How does the unlock process work exactly?

Got one for a friend. Very easy to get unlock code. Buy it on the ebay link.

Send the seller your IMEI number and usually within an hour he will send you the unlock code.

If you are worried about the phone being too big,I measured one against my 5" phone, with it's thinner surround,it actually wasn't much bigger despite the larger screen.

In that price range there really are only two (unless you start buying from China etc). The Moto G and the Vodafone Ultra 6. I have recently moved from a Moto G to the Ultra 6. I know there is a new Moto G but the Ultra 6 is light years ahead of the year old second gen Moto G. So far I'm very happy with it and I plan to buy a second one for the missus as a Christmas present.

I find Argos to be a good place to buy a phone as they all come unlocked. As someone above said, at your price you're probably looking at the Moto G (Argos) or Vodafone Ultra 6 (Vodafone shop)

Nearly decided on the Ultra at this stage, size is what after and rest of the spec plus user review here is pretty decent.

As I'm on Three I will have to get it unlocked though but that seems straightforward.
