So I'm heading away for a year in early November and have been trying to decide whether it is worth doing some of my EDT lessons before I do (while I have money in other words..).

Will these logged sessions still be valid when I come back? As in can I just pick up where I left off or will I have to start again with them?

Yes, it should be fine. Unless they change the way it works in the next year! I did my final 6 EDT lessons 3 years after my first 6.
