Just wondering what the general consensus on Leo as Leinster Coach is? He seems to be holding his own at this stage...?

Thread is about six months too soon.

  • We're three games in which is nothing. Have to see a much bigger sample of games to judge on. I think there's a good chance Leinster won't make it out of the Euro pool which is forgivable considering it must be one of the toughest pools in the history of the comp but Pro12 playoffs are an absolute must.

On the games we've seen - promising start, team looks cohesive, attempting to play some good rugby, progressive selection, overall I'm happy.

I thought they looked very nervous in the first game but the two home games have given a glimpse of, hopefully, the manner in which leo is going to get leinster playing. It has not been perfect, but there is a lot of young players getting valuable game time, playing an open game and scoring a few tries and picking up two good wins.

McGrath, Marsh, VDF, Molony have been good so far. Nacewa looks like he hasnt been away at all. For a team missing 17-18 internationals it has been a very good start.
