Setting up 4lfe sv400 combi box

I'm having trouble setting up my Nan's 4lfe combi box. I can't set both sets of channels (Saorview and English FTA) to stick without knocking the other from the box. For example, if I do a search for terrestrial channels it finds all the Irish channels and stores them. If I then do a satellite search it finds the English…

I'm having trouble setting up my Nan's 4lfe combi box. I can't set both sets of channels (Saorview and English FTA) to stick without knocking the other from the box.

For example, if I do a search for terrestrial channels it finds all the Irish channels and stores them. If I then do a satellite search it finds the English channels but deletes all the Irish ones from the box (as it stores them on the numbers where the Irish ones were) and vice versa

Anyone know where I'm going wrong?

press the OK or middle button it should bring up a list of channels. Then press left or right arrow key and it should display all channels. if it don't then it will say either terrestrial and you will have just Irish or Satellite and you will have just UK channels. its like this with most combi boxes.
