proof of address

    Hi,

    I need to provide a proof of address to open a account. I have been told that a letter from the social welfare with a pps number does not work. I am not a irish citizen. I have recently purchased private health care with VHI, I am wondering if this is proof of address or does it have to be a home bill, like a UPC or Electric Ireland bill etc?
