I'm starting a new job on Monday where smoking may be a problem. Is there anywhere open on a Saturday in the city centre where I can get a pipe that can be refilled with generic stuff?

Do you mean an electronic one, to use liquid nicotine, or a pipe for burning tobacco?

If the former, I'm pretty sure Ecirette on Talbot street sell electronic ones, as do Purplebox in Temple Bar.

Vintage Vape Rooms also have a really nice e-pipe that you can use most tanks with.
