Basically, they would look at your age, qualifications, experience, job description and then advise you on whether you are in a good position or should look at up skilling or moving or anything…

I am wondering if anyone is aware of a company or professional who can carry out an assessment of your current career standing.

Basically, they would look at your age, qualifications, experience, job description and then advise you on whether you are in a good position or should look at up skilling or moving or anything else in order to maximise job satisfaction or earnings.

I know a lot of this would be subjective but they may be able to provide a benchmark for comparison.

I suspect a recruitment specialist may be in a position to do such a thing but I also think that they may only be interested should a person be actually looking for a new role.

I don't expect that such a service would be provided for free but I am at a loss as to whether approach some peers, recruitment specialists or finance advisors.

Any ideas?
