WTD: Cyclocross bike

    Hi all, bit of a long shot here but would anyone have a cyclocross bike they would like to get rid of. Max budget of 150 euro. Just watched a video on youtube of the race in grangecastle and it looked great craic. Cheers Brian

    That's as long a shot as I've ever come across. Take another, closer, look at that YouTube video. Unless it was a 5 year old on a balance bike in the kids race, there's no bikes in it for that money :pac:

    Ah look im not fussy if someone had an old yoke lying around gathering dust in the shed that needed a bit of fixing well and good.

    Be lucky to even get a frameset for 150, double your budget and you might get something, I got a ridley crossbow for about 300 but that was mid-summer.

    Better looking for an MTB, you can ride most B races on those and they should come with in budget

    would agree with above poster. a mtb for e150 be much easier and realistic to source.

    Out of interest any restrictions on the mtb quality? Or once its not a bike shaped object it will be ok?
