Recommend someone to prune apple trees?

I have two apple trees which need pruning. They're about 20 ft. high. Can anybody recommend someone with the expertise to prune them properly. Two years ago I got someone advertising on the Limerick Post to do the job, but they turned out to be tree "butchers" rather than tree "surgeons" :(
