There was work planned for Kippure. I'm not sure if Greystones is a relay off it. http://www.rte.ie/aertel/desktopxhtml/169-5.html

Might be some something strange going on in the area at the moment.

I am in Kilpedder, receiving from Kippure and all services are out.
Normal signal and quality but no picture - never happened before.

I take it that Kippure isn't down or there would be more reports - maybe local fog conditions related ?

Mine came back after around half hour of pixellated picture
Signal quality ( snr ) was around 99% all the time so kind of was guessing it was not my set up as nothing had been changed

All back here now - there is no change in signal or quality levels, but I have pictures again.

Very strange symptoms, TX tech fault or atmospherics?

Probably some tech working thought no one would notice :-)

More than likely co channel interference caused by tropospheric ducting in the current high pressure
Arklow is jittery aswell over the last week as caradon hill in Cornwall is coming in at times
Theres a few posts about this in the outage sticky
