Hi AmberSolace,

Thanks for your message.

The online billing facility only shows the past 18 months of bills. However, if you would like a copy of an older bill we can certainly request to have one sent to you.

Could you please provide us with the following details should you like to have an older bill issued to you?
Your full name

Your account number

The first line of your address

Your contact number or date of birth

Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

Which bill/bills you require a copy of
