    Both are base models and the 1.4 litre struggles in that model Astra. The first one looks like ex rental foder so cheap for a reason.

    Preference now seems to be for a Focus, but there appears to virtually no availability. May look at the North or UK route see what could be sourced in a newer shape 2011.

    There are very little petrol Focus models sold here after about 2009. The 1.0 litre Eco Boost is the best engine in the newer model Focus but you'll struggle to get one of them for €10k I'd say.
