At what point should I see the 60 percent discount when buying online? I tried to buy a jacket and got all the way to the final payment step without seeing any mention of a discount.

Placed an order for some jeans which were despatched on the 1st of October. Have not received them yet. First time for ordering from M&S online. Are they normally slow with deliverys?

I placed orders Fri & Sat and both were in-store this morning. A bloody great service ! Post to your door definitely less than a week as previously stated.
