Spare Wheel Size

Hi, my mk1 Focus has 175/65/14 wheels all around. Just had a look at the spare, it's a space saver type one sized 125/80/15. Would this be ok for temporary use after a flat? It looks like the original one that came with the car.

hi the tyre size makes up for rim difference.

Space saver is to get you to garage not to be used indefinetly.
