Hi everyone,
Last month I never realised I had forgotten to submit my payslips for rent allowance. I only copped on when I never received my cheque at the end of August. I submitted them in the 1st wk of Sept and put a note with them to say they were due the month previous. I also rang my local SW office and was told I should received 2 months in Sept. However I received my Sept cheque today and lo and behold there's only one months payment. Has anyone else experienced this? Im goin to ring them tomorrow but thought I'd check here to see if it's a common occurance. I know I should have given the payslips but I was up to my eyeballs trying to sort my lil one for starting secondary school and it slipped my mind.
