    Everywhere.

On-street paid parking ends at 19:00. Except in rare central residential streets.
Loading bays are free Sundays. Sunday day paid hours 12:00 to 16:00.

Not quite. Most areas are Monday to Saturday but without giving away my secret Monday to Friday areas a few residential streets off the South Circular near the Clanbrassil Street end are Mon-Fri..

Also around Pearse St area there are plenty of Mon-Fri areas

You could always park up at the marina in greystones for free and get the dart into the city plenty of places to eat and go for a pint too there

The topaz service station at Dublin port is handy if you are going into town for a few hours. The first 5 or 6 hours are free. Can you still park at the harbour in Howth.

Was in Howth last Saturday Week and there was at least Twenty Campervans (and Two Caravans) parked up on the Pier. All mainly in the beyond the Yacht Club.
