    Hi
I need an estatement to print with urgency. I went to my online banking and when i go to "statements and documetns" it says there are none. I checked by selecting all, date range... etc to no avail.

I checked on "manage statements" and i am signed for eStatements (never received a single one by post). I have my account for 7 months now, how come I do not have one ??

    Any solution?

    Hi galycos,

Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

To order an up to date statement on your bank account please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 select option 1 then option 5 and option 1 again.

As you have signed up for e-statements already this will be available to download the next working day, once you have made your request before 3.30pm on a working day as this is our daily cut off time.

    Hope this helps,

    Tara C
