Want to pay overdue bill but need the details of household revised first

    Hi,

    My Irish Water payment is over due, and I want to pay it asap.

    It is registered in my name.

    There were 3 of us living in the house when I registered. The amount of tenants in the property has, however, been changing since May 31st, but I did not contact Irish Water to notify them of these changes.


    Here are the changes:


    January 1st to May 31st:   3 tenants   (incl. me)


    June 1st to June 13th:   1 tenant   (incl. me)


    June 14th to July 12th:   2 tenants   (incl. me)


    July 13th to August 4th:   1 tenant   (incl. me)


    August 5th to August 23rd:   2 tenants   (incl. me)


    August 23rd:   Both tenants (incl. me) vacated the property (we are in the process of registering in our new property.)


    However, my account has been registered as 3 tenants since January 1st.

    I know this is a slightly messy situation and it will take a few calculations to work it out, but it is not my fault and I don't want to pay for tenants that weren't there.


    Can you please assist me with this?
