iPhone 4S - How to prevent photos syncing from computer?

    Windows 10

    I have copied all my iPhone photos and videos to a folder on my computer.

    I then deleted them from the iPhone (16Gb just isn't enough!)

    I then copied them again to external HDs.

    So, they are now as secure as they can be, I guess.

    What I want to do now is sync my iPhone again.

    Question: will iTunes put photos back onto my iPhone that I have deleted and don't want there?

    If so, how do I change iTunes settings to prevent this?

    All I want duplicated is Apps and music.
